Per Hammarqvist

Per Hammarqvist is an experienced professional specializing in business and IT service development, currently working at the Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR) since January 2021. Hammarqvist leads a team of product owners and business analysts in the development of NyA, the Swedish national admission system, overseeing multiple teams of developers and scrum masters. Prior to UHR, Hammarqvist held roles at Trustify AB, implementing robotic process automation, as well as various positions at Tieto, managing electronic health record systems for dental care across the Nordics. Hammarqvist co-founded SurePhone AB, offering SMS services, and has a robust background in consultancy and project management in telecommunications. Hammarqvist holds an MSc in Business Administration from Linköping University and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma.
