Fredrik Fischer

Fredrik Fischer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Fredrik began their career at Young & Fischer AB, a company they co-founded and chaired, providing accounting and company law services. Fredrik then joined Deloitte as an auditing assistant. Fischer continued their career at Philip Morris International, where they held various managerial roles, including Manager Budget & Reporting, Manager Business Planning Nordics, and Manager Operations Nordics. Fredrik also served as an Integration Project Manager, responsible for integrating a newly-acquired company with the existing organization. Fischer later joined SMPM International AB as the Head of Finance & Administration. Most recently, they worked at Kantar, where they served as Finance Business Partner and Head of Business Control. Currently, Fischer holds the position of Director Business Control, Europe Division at Swedish Match. Throughout their career, Fischer has demonstrated expertise in business analysis, financial planning, project management, and team leadership.

Fredrik Fischer attended Stockholm University from 2003 to 2006, where they studied Accounting and Finance. In 2006, they briefly attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and studied Finance & EU law. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2000, they completed their Swedish Military Service in the Swedish Naval Forces, specializing as a Squad leader.
