Paula Malone

CHRO at Sweeping Corporation of America

Paula is the Chief Human Resources Officer at SCA. She is responsible for talent acquisition, training and development, employee/labor relations, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. Prior to joining SCA, she was the CHRO at Allied Universal where she was an integral part of the executive leadership team that grew the company from a $12M regional business with 1,200 employees to the largest North American security services provider with $6.5B in revenue and over 250,000 employees. She has extensive M&A experience, participating in all phases of the due diligence and integration process. She has experience in private equity-backed, privately held, and publicly traded organizations, including ten years with Black & Decker in a variety of HR, Training, and Communications roles. She has also run her own successful HR consulting business, helping small to medium size organizations identify and execute strategic initiatives. Paula holds a BSBA from the University of Phoenix and maintains an SPHR designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
