Alon Yefet has had a long and varied career in customer success, sales and marketing, and project management. Alon began in 1999 as a Call Center Manager at HOT, and then moved on to Project Manager at D.S.N.R in 2005. In 2008, they became VP Call Center at Babylon, where they built the Sales, Support, and SMB departments from zero revenues to $8.7M. In 2011, they began working as an Independent Consultant, and then in 2013 they became Director of Sales & Marketing at Worthy.com, where they initiated Sales & Marketing departments and grew revenue from $0 to $1. In 2017, they became Director of Customer Success at DarioHealth Corp., where they built the Onboarding, Support, and Sales departments from zero revenues to $4.6M. In 2019, they became Director of Customer Experience & User Journey at AposHealth, where they employed various digital and traditional techniques to create high engagement, resulting in an NPS improvement by 20% and opt-out decrease from 12% to 3. Finally, in 2022, they became Head of Department at ONE ZERO, and in 2023 they became Head of Customer Success at Sweetch.

Alon Yefet obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Netanya Academic College from 1999 to 2002. Alon also holds a B.A in Communication from Comunication.
