Kim Roberts

Kim Roberts is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in both leadership and operational roles. Currently serving as Portfolio + Property Manager at sweetgreen since January 2023, Kim also holds the position of President at Peppertree Property Management since July 2021. Previously, Kim worked as Assistant Portfolio Manager at Hall Equities Group and in various capacities at 24 Hour Fitness from 2005 to 2020, including Senior Property Manager and Facilities Property Manager, where responsibilities included managing financial budgets and overseeing landlord negotiations. Early career experience includes roles as Events Manager and Event Planner at Fair Isaac from 1991 to 2005. Kim's educational background includes studies at Las Positas and Chabot College.
