Leanne Mouw

Leanne Mouw currently serves as Senior Counsel for Commercial Contracts at sweetgreen since January 2024. Prior to this role, Leanne held the position of Assistant Deputy General Counsel at Ember Technologies, Inc. from January 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading negotiations for numerous commercial contracts, prioritizing product development, and ensuring compliance across various domains. Leanne also worked as Vice President and Senior Corporate and IP Counsel at The Macerich Company from November 2004 to January 2021, focusing on technology and commercial legal matters. Earlier in the career, Leanne gained experience as an associate at Heller Ehrman and Dewey Ballantine. Leanne holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
