Andrei Niel Chavez

Andrei Niel Chavez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andrei Niel started their career as a Customer Account Executive at Ingram Micro from September 2007 to August 2009, where they answered calls and emails and collaborated with other departments to resolve customer issues.

From September 2009 to October 2011, Andrei worked as a Customer Service Representative at Transcom, where they communicated with Comcast US customers to address billing inquiries and resolve service concerns.

In September 2012, Andrei joined IBEX | Global as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where they assisted the Team Manager in supervising a team, processed attendance for payroll, and provided customer service support for Orbitz and CheapTickets international customers. Andrei Niel was consistently recognized as one of the top performing agents and was appointed as Assistant Supervisor, managing a team of 24 agents.

From August 2016 to July 2019, Andrei worked as a Kitchen Administrator at Royal Catering Services L.L.C. Andrei Niel ensured the delivery of high-quality service to clients, implemented food safety management systems, and managed health and safety requirements in adherence to Abu Dhabi Food Safety legislation.

Most recently, Andrei held the position of Human Resources Operations Specialist at SWEETHEART KITCHEN from August 2019 onwards. In this role, they gained experience in workforce planning and employment, HR development, total rewards, and employee and labor relations. Andrei Niel was involved in various activities such as recruiting, training, job evaluations, and compensation surveys.

Andrei Niel Chavez attended the University of Santo Tomas from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
