Gregg Kendrick is the Founder and CEO of Basileia LLC, a consulting and training organization that supports businesses, universities, and nonprofits in personal, leadership, and cultural transformation. Throughout their career, Gregg has also held roles as a CTT Certified Consultant at Barrett Values Centre, a Senior Culture & Leadership Development Consultant at SweetRush Inc., and a Director at SweetRush Transforming Leaders & Culture (TLC). With a background in Physics from Rice University, Gregg Kendrick brings a unique perspective to their work in guiding organizations in activating the human element for greater productivity and success.
