Julianne Bisset

Julianne Bisset is currently a Solution Architect at SweetRush Inc. Prior to their current role, Julianne was the Principal Consultant and Owner of Bisset Performance Consulting Services LLP from April 2017 to January 2021. Before Bisset Performance Consulting Services LLP, Julianne was a Performance and Learning Strategy Consultant at Performance Development Group from August 2013 to March 2017. Julianne started their career at Deloitte in September 1994 and worked their way up to Global Knowledge Manager, a role they held for over 7 years. In this role, Julianne was responsible for raising awareness with Deloitte's global consulting practitioners about the value of knowledge sharing, while continuing to enhance its strong knowledge sharing culture. Her areas of focus included: ensuring practitioners were equipped to use the corporate knowledge management system to efficiently find key materials that differentiated Deloitte in the marketplace and working with firm leadership to ensure that knowledge sharing behaviors were integrated into the fabric of what they did.

Julianne Bisset has a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Business from Penn State University.
