Phil Gramaglia is the VP of Sales at Sweetwater Brewing. Phil has over 20 years of experience in the industry, working their way up from sales representative to their current position. Prior to joining Sweetwater, Phil worked for Monarch Beverage and MillerCoors, where they led teams of sales representatives and account managers. Phil is an expert in developing strategic plans that deliver against jointly agreed upon goals, and has a proven track record of increasing space and assortment for assigned brands. Phil is passionate about the beer industry and enjoys working with their team to drive category initiatives.
