Andrea Higgins

Andrea Higgins is an experienced educator and mental health professional with a diverse background in special education and child development. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Sweetwater ISD since August 2019, Andrea has previously held positions as an Administrative Assistant and Equine Coordinator at Charis Hills Inc. from December 2013 to August 2021, and as a Fine and Gross Motor Skills Teacher at Jack & Jill Learning Academy LLC for a brief period in 2013. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling/Play Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Child Development/Child Life, both obtained from Texas Woman's University.
