Heather Pich

Heather Pich is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in account management, sales training, and coaching. Currently an Account Manager at Sweis, Inc., Heather leverages a consultative selling process to educate stylists and business owners in North San Diego County. Heather founded Heather Pich Consulting, employing a "mindset first" approach to coaching that focuses on overcoming mental barriers to sales success. Previous roles include serving as U.S. National Sales Development Director for a Direct Sales Jewelry Company, where Heather significantly increased sales and expanded the sales team. Heather also spent over a decade at Silpada Designs, building a large sales team and developing training programs. Educationally, Heather holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Pre-Counseling Psychology from Capella University, along with various certifications in sales and financial markets.
