Katherine Judge

Katherine Judge has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent role being the Vice President of Product Management at Swell Energy since September 2021. Before that, they worked at Slalom Build, where they served as a Principal Consultant from March 2019 to September 2021. In this role, Katherine managed a team of consultants, led various projects including virtual consult acquisition and data visualization platform creation, and provided strategic marketing direction.

Prior to Slalom Build, Katherine worked at TIAA-CREF as the Director of Business Integration & Product Manager from July 2011 to September 2016. Katherine defined the strategic vision and customer experience for TIAA's Direct Bank and 529 product offerings.

Before TIAA-CREF, Katherine worked at Bank of America, first as a Project Manager from June 2010 to July 2011, where they managed testing and application migration projects. Katherine then joined GMAC as a Project Manager, responsible for identifying strategic vendors, working with the UX team, and managing project implementations.

Katherine's earlier work experience includes a role as a Project Manager at Bank of America from November 2008 to May 2009, where they defined and executed recollection data processes. Katherine also worked as an Account Manager at LendingTree, Inc. from December 1999 to October 2005.

Katherine Judge attended Wingate University from 2009 to 2012. Katherine pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Administration and Social Service Professions but did not complete their degree.
