Lauren Murphy

Lauren Murphy has a strong background in investment banking and corporate development. Lauren is currently working at Swell Energy as the Vice President of M&A, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations. Prior to that, they were a Senior Investment Banking Associate at Mizuho and an Investment Banking Associate at William Blair. Lauren also gained experience as an Investment Associate Intern at DOM Capital Group and an Investment Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets. Lauren started their career as an Investment Analyst at M3 Capital Partners and also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank. Throughout their career, Lauren has developed expertise in various areas of finance, including leveraged finance and M&A.

Lauren Murphy completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2007 to 2011. Lauren later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, Entrepreneurship, and General Management at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2015 to 2017.
