Ty Diaz

Ty Diaz has various work experiences in different companies and industries. In 2018, they started as a Photography Intern at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. In 2020, they were a Policy Intern at Conservation Voters of Pennsylvania. In 2021, they became a Board Relations Intern at Environmental Defense Fund. In 2022, they worked as an Asset Management Intern at CT Green Bank and as a Consultant Intern at Castalia. From 2019 and until 2023, they were a Judicial Board Member and Bowdoin Student Government Member at Bowdoin College, and they were also a Research Assistant between July and September 2020. Currently, Ty Diaz is a Financial Analyst at Swell Energy, starting their employment in June 2023.

Ty Diaz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Environmental Science and Political Science from Bowdoin College. They also completed the Brown University Environmental Leadership Lab program at Brown University. Before college, Diaz acquired a High School Diploma from Prospect Schools and also completed the International Baccalaureate program. Additionally, Diaz obtained a certification in "Energy Within Environmental Constraints" from HarvardX in April 2021.
