Ann Elg Kjellberg

Ann Elg Kjellberg has extensive experience in human resources and communications, currently serving as VP HR and Communications at SWEP since December 2012. Prior to this role, Ann held the position of Head of HR for the Nordic region at Zumtobel Group/Thorn Lighting AB from January 2010 to December 2012, overseeing HR for Operations and Nordic sales companies. Ann's career includes significant HR roles at Skanska Installation, Alfa Laval, Metso Minerals (Wear Protection) AB, ABB Building Systems AB, and Akzo Nobel Inks AB, where responsibilities encompassed labor relations, working environment, HR systems, and administration. Ann holds a Fil.kand degree in Personnel and Work Life Issues from Lund University, completed in 1994.
