Steph Spangle

Steph Spangle, SPHR SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and total rewards. Currently serving as HR Director for Total Rewards and M&A at Springs Window Fashions, Steph has previously held significant roles such as Strategic HR Partner and HR Manager at Kerry, as well as Senior HR Manager for Manufacturing at The Kraft Heinz Company. Earlier career positions include Human Resources Manager, Supervisor, and Coordinator at Bel, and Human Resource Generalist at Grand Soleil Casino Resort. Steph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned between 2003 and 2007.
