Kate Williamson

Kate Williamson has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Kate currently holds the position of People Director at Swift Group Limited since January 2023. Previously, they served as the HR Director, Culture & Engagement - Europe at TransUnion from November 2021 to December 2022. Before that, they worked as the HR & OD Director at NHS from September 2020 to October 2021. Kate also held the position of Head of HR at Swift Group Limited from October 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, Kate worked at Smith+Nephew, where they served in different roles including Global HR Director - Global Business Services, Regional HR Director EMEA - Global Business Services, Senior Human Resources Manager - Global Operations, and Human Resources Manager - Global Operations from 2012 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Reckitt from 2009 to 2012, at Meadow Mushrooms from May 2009 to October 2009, and at Bakkavor from January 2007 to December 2008.

Kate Williamson's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Leeds Beckett University. Kate completed a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from 2004 to 2007. Following that, in 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategic HR & Development from the University of Hull. In 2017, they attended Resourceful Change and earned a NLP Practitioner degree in Human Resources Management. The same year, they also enrolled at Hackett Institute and obtained an Advanced Diploma in Global Business Services in 2018.
