Tze Chin Tang

Tze Chin Tang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile coaching, training, and transformation. Currently serving as the Founder, Principal Consultant, and Trainer at Future Work Asia since April 2020, Tze Chin also holds the position of Senior Agile Coach at SWIFT and is an authorized ICAgile Trainer providing certified training in agile methodologies. Tze Chin has been a prominent speaker and community organizer for Agile Malaysia since 2014, contributing to numerous conferences and major community events. Previous roles include Leadership Coach for the Obama Foundation and Head of Agile Practice at SEEK Asia, where Tze Chin led significant agile transformations. Additionally, Tze Chin has held key positions at Nintex, Grass Valley Malaysia, PAR SpringerMiller Systems, and Dell Global Business Center, focusing on improving development processes and team productivity. Tze Chin holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, a Newfield Certified Coach qualification from The Coach Partnership, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Tulane University.
