Wendy Zidan

Wendy was appointed Head of Human Resources in May 2021, with responsibility for supporting SWIFT's strategy by hiring, growing and rewarding talent. She has held various management positions within SWIFT HR in Europe and the U.S. since 2007, including leadership roles for Global Rewards, HR Operations and Recruitment teams globally.
