Werner Hellinckx

Werner Hellinckx has a long history of work experience at SWIFT, starting in 1999. Werner began as a Manager MIS Engineering and later became the Head of MIS from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Head of Enterprise Support Systems until 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they served as the Head of End-to-End Ordering, followed by the role of Head of Customer Operations from 2013 to 2016. Werner then held positions as Head of Security Culture Program from 2016 to 2017, Head of Human Security from 2017 to 2018, and Head of Global Testing from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are the Head of Production Operations at SWIFT.

Werner Hellinckx obtained a Master's Degree in IT management from Vlaamse Ingenierskamer & VLEKHO in 1995. In 1999, they earned a Master's Degree in Communication Technology (MCT) from Hogeschool DeNayer Mechelen. In 2011, they completed a program offered by Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, receiving a Certificate in 'Lean Competency', with international accreditation by the LERC - Cardiff University.
