SVP of Customer Success at Swiftly

Megan Archer's work experience includes serving as the SVP of Customer Success at Swiftly since June 2023. Before that, they worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from July 2014 to December 2021, where they held the position of Partner. Prior to BCG, they pursued an MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business from August 2012 to May 2014. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Megan's earlier experience includes working at Tervis Tumbler from August 2009 to June 2012, where they served as a Sales Business Analyst and Licensing Analyst. Megan also worked at State Street as a Senior Accounting Specialist from September 2007 to August 2009.

Megan Archer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Rollins College from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business from 2012 to 2014.
