Melissa Falgout

Melissa Falgout is an experienced project manager and engineer currently employed at Swiftships, where responsibilities include resolving engineering issues and coordinating production efforts for vessel fabrication. Prior to Swiftships, Melissa served as a production planner at Gulf Island Shipyards, where an organized procedure for labor take-offs was established, and production budgets were created. Earlier work experience includes managerial roles in retail, providing supervision and oversight of employees while maintaining store operations and standards. Melissa Falgout holds an Associate's degree in Drafting and Design from Fletcher Technical Community College, completed between 2014 and 2017.
