Debashish Sadangi

Debashish Sadangi currently serves as AVP of Driver Growth at Swiggy, responsible for new delivery partner hiring, onboarding, and logistics for the Food and Instamart businesses. Prior to this, Debashish held the position of AVP of Customer Growth at Supr Daily, a Swiggy subsidiary, where the platform achieved significant scale in milk and grocery deliveries. Debashish has also worked as Senior Director of Customer Growth at NestAway Technologies, overseeing fundraising and M&A initiatives, and managed a substantial rental portfolio, resulting in notable profitability improvements. Earlier career experiences include a role as Assistant Vice President at Ascent Capital, where Debashish managed investments across various sectors, and positions at Avendus Capital focusing on private equity investments. Debashish holds a PGDM in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
