Monika Singhal Nagpal

Monika Singhal Nagpal currently serves as the Cluster Operations Head at Swiggy, having joined the company in April 2024. Prior to this, Monika held various leadership roles at Shadowfax from September 2021 to March 2024, including Associate Director and Regional Business Head-Hyperlocal. Monika's experience at OYO spanned from March 2019 to September 2021, with significant achievements as Area Sales Head, where responsibilities included overseeing distributors in Chandigarh and Punjab and managing a team of Business Development Managers. Earlier roles also include Chief Advisor at WERP-India and President of the Women and Leadership Club. Monika has an extensive educational background, holding an Executive MBA in Marketing/Analytics from the School of Inspired Leadership and a Master of Science in Applied Physics from Amity University, among other qualifications.
