Sheral Shah

Sheral Shah is a seasoned behavioural scientist currently serving as a Manager at Swiggy since April 2024. Prior to this, Sheral held the role of Deputy Program Manager at the Centre for Social and Behaviour Change from November 2021 to April 2024. Experience also includes working as a Research Associate at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) from December 2019 to November 2021, and as a Research Assistant for Professor Shagata Mukherjee from April 2019 to December 2019. Earlier roles include a Research Intern at the Budget Analysis and Research Centre Trust from October 2018 to May 2019, and another Research Intern position at the Reserve Bank of India from March 2018 to August 2018. Educational qualifications feature a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from JAI HIND COLLEGE, MUMBAI (2013-2016).
