Melanie Cheeseman

Melanie Cheeseman is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Swiis International Ltd since January 2017, having previously held the position of Director of Human Resources. Prior to this role, Melanie worked as a Senior HR Consultant in interim roles and as Head of HR for GKR Scaffolding Ltd, managing HR functions across London and Kent. Additional experience includes leading HR for IIJ Europe in the UK and Germany, reporting directly to the UK Managing Director and Board of Directors, and serving as Head of HR for Fuji Seal Europe across the UK, Italy, and Spain, where direct reporting was to the Group President & CEO. Melanie's educational background includes studies at Mid Kent College in Higher and Further Education from 2000 to 2002.
