Laura Tuffery

Laura Tuffery is an experienced professional in customer success and sales management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Swile since November 2019, where key responsibilities include recruiting and managing a team, leading process improvement projects, enhancing client journeys, and building performance reporting. Previously, Laura held roles as a Customer Success Specialist at Swile, focusing on onboarding major clients including Carrefour, and worked as a Field Sales Executive at Unilever, managing a portfolio of supermarkets. Prior experiences also include being a Brand Manager Assistant at PepsiCo, a Category Manager Assistant at Groupe Panzani, and project management roles in student associations, demonstrating strong skills in negotiation, project management, and client focus.
