Boris Eisenbart

Boris Eisenbart is a prominent academic at Swinburne University of Technology, serving as a Professor since June 2017, with a focus on innovation management, entrepreneurship, engineering/design processes, function modeling, and risk assessment for change propagation. In addition to research, Boris coordinates the Product Design Engineering program and is the Research Director for the Industry 4.0 Testlab. Boris has held various academic roles, including Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer, and Guest Lecturer at institutions such as Shandong University of Science and Technology, Delft University of Technology, and The University of Sydney Business School. Boris earned a PhD in Engineering Design from the University of Luxembourg and has significant industry experience, including work with HYDAC TECHNOLOGY CORP.
