Paul Forsythe

Paul Forsythe is an experienced professional in talent and organizational effectiveness, currently serving in a national role at Swinerton since January 2020. Prior to this position, Paul was the President of Pioneer Business Advisors, Inc., where a collaborative approach was utilized to improve organizational structures and performance. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Organizational Effectiveness at Western Union, Senior Director at Newmont Goldcorp Corporation, and Director of Workforce and Organizational Development at Arcadis, among others. Notable achievements include leading significant organizational transformations, developing workforce strategies for major technology mergers at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and driving performance improvements in various large organizations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Organizational Development from Brigham Young University.
