Anne Martinetto Voller

Anne Martinetto Voller has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Anne Martinetto currently holds the position of National Director, Talent Acquisition at Swinerton since December 2022. Anne's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Macy's, where they held various positions from 2001 to 2018. Anne Martinetto served as the Group VP, Talent Acquisition, spearheading all external hiring processes and managing recruiting operations for Macy's, Bloomingdale's, and bluemercury stores. Anne was also the VP, Talent Acquisition, overseeing centralized professional recruiting and leading recruiting summits and conference calls. Furthermore, they served as the National Director, College Recruiting, responsible for campus relationship management and implementing virtual college hiring processes.

Apart from their work at Macy's, Anne briefly held the position of Director Of Recruiting at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in 2006. As the Corporate Director, University Relations at Macy's from 2001 to 2005, they focused on university relations and recruitment.
