Jenn Hansen

Jenn Hansen, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jenn began their career in 2000 as a Senior Bookkeeper at Gulf Coast Workforce Board, where they applied federal regulations for grant reimbursements and assisted with software conversion.

In 2003, they joined Old Republic Title Company as an Accountant, specializing in fixed assets. Jenn was responsible for coordinating, recording, and reporting fixed assets for multiple locations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.

From 2005 to 2012, Jenn worked at Ellison Framing, Inc., starting as an Accountant and progressing to the role of Controller. In these roles, they managed financial operations, prepared financial statements, analyzed reports, and monitored cash flow and investments.

As a Consultant from 2012 to 2013, Jenn served as a Forensic Accountant, analyzing financial reports and documentation, identifying discrepancies, and streamlining processes.

Since 2013, Jenn has been with Swinerton, initially as an Assistant Corporate Controller and later transitioning to roles such as Controller, Controller of Operational Accounting, and Director of Accounting. Jenn has been responsible for financial reporting, ensuring data quality and timeliness, participating in financial planning, and overseeing audits.

In 2022, Jenn was promoted to the position of Talent Solutions Director at Swinerton.

Jenn Hansen, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Global Innovators from California State University - East Bay, which was earned between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting and Corporate Management, also from California State University - East Bay, from 2012 to 2013. In 2002, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Accounting from Gulf Coast Community College.
