Alicja Wilemajtys

Alicja Wilemajtys has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of human resources. Alicja started their career in 2013 at AIESEC Polska, where they held the position of HR Project Manager & HR Team Leader until June 2015.

In 2014, they joined Michael Page as an IT Recruiter and later progressed to the role of IT Recruitment Consultant. Alicja served as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant from April 2018 to December 2018.

Currently, Alicja is working at Swing Development (SwingDev), joining in December 2018 as a Talent Manager. Alicja has recently been promoted to the position of Head of People, starting in August 2021.
