HH Hawkins has extensive experience in quality management and instructional technology, currently serving as Lead - Quality Management at Swingtech Consulting Inc since 2017 and as an Instructional Technology Specialist at WellCare Health Plans since October 2006. Previous roles include Manager of Business Systems in the Analytic Services Division at Magellan Health, Director of Cable Operations at Millennium Networks - Mediance Research, Project Manager for Strategic Systems Implementations at Magellan Health, and Instructional Technologist at Green Spring Health Services. HH Hawkins began a career in training and development as a Computer Based Training Specialist at AIS and a Systems Trainer at Beta Systems Software AG. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from St. John's College and a high school diploma from Woodrow Wilson High School.
