Shiwani Agrawal has had a diverse range of work experiences. In 2019, they worked as an Educational Consultant at Elitee for a year, providing guidance and support to students. In 2021, they interned as a Digital Marketing Specialist at RankSoldier International Digital Agency, where they worked in the content creation team and managed tasks efficiently. Shiwani also worked as a Customer Success Associate at Winuall for three months, ensuring customer satisfaction. In the same year, they co-founded The Coffee Centro, an online coffee retail shop, where they played a key role in offering a wide range of coffee and related accessories. Recently, in 2022, they joined Swipe (YC S21) as a Customer Success Manager and is currently serving as the Lead Customer Success Manager.
Shiwani Agrawal attended Amity University, where they obtained a B.Sc. degree in Biotechnology. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Agile Requirements Foundations and Business Analysis Foundations from LinkedIn, in September 2021 and August 2021 respectively.
