Hikmah Riana has had work experience in various roles and companies. Hikmah started their career in 2016 as an intern at Naraya Swalayan as a Junior Supervisor in the retail industry. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Service representative handling complaints related to virtual and fintech products at Bukalapak until August 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at mClinica as a Customer Success Lead and Customer Success specialist. Additionally, from 2015 to 2020, they worked at Online Shop Boutique in an offline shop role.
Hikmah Riana attended Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta from 2013 to 2017.
