Muhammad Irvan Agustian has a diverse work experience. Muhammad Irvan began their career as a Web Developer at Geo Informatika Solusindo in January 2017 and worked there until August 2017. Muhammad Irvan then joined Bukalapak as a Payment Support from September 2017 to April 2018. After that, they took on the role of Real Time Floor Monitoring at Bukalapak from May 2018 to August 2019, where they were responsible for maintaining response time, monitoring live chat traffic, and distributing ticket complaints. In 2020, Muhammad Irvan Agustian joined SwipeRx, first as a Customer Success Executive from February 2020 to October 2021, and currently as the Customer Success Lead.
