Amanda Simpson has a long and varied work history. Amanda began their career in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative at Direct Mail Express Inc., where they conducted surveys and scheduled reservations. In 2005, they joined Masco Contractor Services as an Applications Support Specialist/Desktop Engineering, providing high level support on multiple in-house software applications, Microsoft Office applications, Open Office, printers, basic networking issues, etc. for approximately 4000 users at 400 locations nationwide. Amanda also worked with the Desktop Engineering team to perform maintenance and repair on Dell systems and multiple peripheral devices. In 2007, they held two jobs simultaneously, working as a Computer Technician at Medlink Management Services and a Software Support Specialist at Sales Patner Systems. At Medlink Management Services, they provided hardware, software and basic network support to all employees at Lake Butler Hospital and off-site offices. Amanda also assisted with Server implementation, setup all users and groups in Active Directory, and created shared folders. At Sales Patner Systems, they were a Software Support Specialist. In 2016, they became a Small Business Owner at JW Maintenance Services LLC. In 2017, they joined MBI Staffing, LLC. as a Deskside Support Technician, providing high-level hardware, software and basic network support to all employees at JLL Commercial Real Estate and off-site offices. Amanda also tracked tasks with SCCD and ServiceNow ticketing software, and setup and deployed systems throughout the West Coast. In 2021, they became a Security Analyst at Stoltenberg Consulting. Currently, they are a Support Engineer at SwipeSense Inc. and a Customer Success Engineer at ANYWHERE365®.

Amanda Simpson attended American InterContinental University from 2004 to 2005, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Information Systems. Amanda then continued their education at University of Phoenix, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology in 2010.
