Michael H. Cruz

Michael H. Cruz has extensive work experience in the air cargo industry. Michael H. began their career at Swissport Cargo Services in 2007, working as an Office Agent before being promoted to Cargo and Operations Supervisor in 2012. In 2014, Cruz transitioned to Swiss WorldCargo, the air cargo division of SWISS, where they held various roles. Michael H. started as an Inside Sales Representative/Flight Operations and later became an Account Executive responsible for managing cargo operations in the USA South, Caribbean, and Northern South America. In 2021, they took on the role of Cargo Management for the USA South, Andean, and Caribbean regions. As of 2022, Cruz is currently serving as the Head of Cargo for the US South and Latin America at Swiss WorldCargo.

Michael H. Cruz obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Miami Dade College, which they completed between 2015 and 2016. Before that, they completed their Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration and Management, General at Miami Dade College between 2013 and 2015. Prior to their college education, Michael obtained their High School Diploma from Belen Jesuit High School, between 2001 and 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Michael H. Cruz has acquired additional certifications. In February 2013, they obtained a Swiss Kaizen certification from Swiss World Cargo. Furthermore, in May 2011, they obtained a Dangerous Goods Certification from Swissport.
