Giuseppe Mazziotta has extensive experience in customer service management and business development, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service Management for Public & Healthcare at Swisscom since July 2006. Previous roles at Swisscom include Head of Customer Service Management East, Head of Outsourcing Engagement Management, Outsourcing Account Executive, and Outsourcing Engagement Manager. Prior to Swisscom, Giuseppe worked as a Business Development and Sales Manager at aspectra AG from 2000 to 2006 and held positions at Bluewin AG and UBS, including Product Line Manager and Telematiker. Giuseppe holds a Dipl. NDS BWI ETH in Business Administration and Management from ETH Zürich and recently completed a CAS in Digital Transformation & Customer Solutions at the University of St.Gallen. Giuseppe earned a Dipl. Ing. ETH in Telecommunications Engineering from ETH Zürich.
