Gregori Ramsak has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as a Quality Manager and Workplace Team Leader at Swisscom for UEFA since July 2016. Prior to this, Gregori held positions at ITS SA and UEFA, where responsibilities included 1st and 2nd level support and coordination of the ICT service desk during EURO2016. Gregori’s experience at UEFA from 2007 to 2015 involved handling service desk operations, hardware and software support, mobile device management, and event support related to significant tournaments like Euro2008. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Technical Support Advisor at Sunrise from January 2002 to March 2007. Gregori holds a certificat fédéral de capacité in retail and related activities from EPCL.
