Julien Cretton

Julien Cretton is an experienced grid project and maintenance manager at Swissgrid AG since October 2016, responsible for planning and coordinating high-voltage line maintenance, organizing safety measures for service providers, and managing communications with stakeholders. Prior to Swissgrid AG, Julien held various roles at ARNOLD AG - Energie & Telecom, including site coordination and safety management, as well as working as a specialist in high-voltage systems. Julien's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ecole d'ingénieurs et d'architectes de Fribourg, where research was conducted on low voltage networks and Smart Grids for Romande Energie. Additional experience includes internships and projects focusing on high-voltage direct current systems, automatic systems in electrical engineering, and contributions to R&D at Romande Energie.
