Cortney Endecott

Cortney Endecott has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cortney currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources for Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Austria, & France at Swissport. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People Officer and Managing Director Operations at McCann Worldgroup for nearly ten years. Cortney also worked as the Director of Human Resources at MRM Germany and as the Global Talent Manager at Crytek. Cortney started their career as a Recruiting Coordinator at Jones Day and later served as an Office Manager at MDS. Additionally, they volunteered for the non-profit Christian organization CoGoP for several years.

Cortney Endecott attended Erskine College from 2001 to 2003, where they did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study. In 2000, they briefly studied psychology at Universität Mainz in Germany. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2000, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lee University. Cortney completed their secondary education at Dreieich Gymnasium Langen from 1990 to 1999, obtaining an Abitur degree.
