Kelli Williams

Kelli Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and instructional design, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Talent Management and Instructional Design at Swissport since August 2018. Prior to this role, Kelli spent nearly two decades at Marriott International, advancing from Sales Coordinator/Sales Manager to Curriculum Manager/Training Developer, where responsibilities included creating engaging e-learning modules and facilitating various instructor-led courses. Additionally, Kelli held training manager positions focused on LMS/NGS and the FOSSE Project, involving travel across the United States to support full-service and select-service properties. Kelli is furthering education with a Master of Instructional Design Certificate from Villanova University, complementing a foundational education from Utah State University and Salt Lake Community College.
