Maria Hinojosa

Maria Hinojosa has extensive work experience in the field of training and development. Maria currently works for Swissport as the Global Training Lead for talent and change management projects. Prior to that, they worked at Magellan Health as a Senior Training Manager. Their earlier experience includes working at Cigna, where they held the roles of Technical Training Senior Manager and Technical Training Senior Supervisor. In these positions, Maria was responsible for developing and managing training programs, identifying skill gaps, and designing adult learning solutions.

Maria Hinojosa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Sam Houston State University, which they attended from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Associate of Arts from Blinn College, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.
