Michael la Salle

Michael La Salle, CPA CA, CPA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Michael started their career at Ernst & Young, where they spent over 12 years as a Senior Manager specializing in growth companies and complex accounting issues. During their time at Ernst & Young, they also contributed to the implementation guidance on Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) in Canada.

In 2012, La Salle joined Immunotec Inc. as the Director of Finance, where they were responsible for preparing annual and interim financial statements, as well as other filings. Michael served in this role for two years before moving on to their next position.

In 2014, La Salle joined Swissport International Inc. as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Swissport Canada. In this role, they oversaw the financial operations of the company, which provides aviation services at airports worldwide.

Throughout their career, La Salle has demonstrated a strong expertise in finance, accounting, and financial reporting, with a focus on complex accounting issues and growth companies.

Michael La Salle, CPA CA, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Public Accounting from McGill University, where they studied from 1987 to 1997. Michael then pursued a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy (DESS) at Concordia University from 2000 to 2002. Michael also holds additional certifications, including CPA (Illinois) and CPA, Auditor, CA.
