Mick Whiteley FCIPD has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and employee relations. Mick began their career at British Coal, where they held various roles. Mick then worked at Alfred McAlpine plc as a Personnel & Training Manager before joining H.Turner Group Limited as Head of Human Resources. Mick later served as Divisional HR Director at OCS Group UK Limted and as Head of Employee Relations at OCS Group UK. Mick also worked at Avirtual HR Limited as a Director / Senior Consultant, providing HR support and employment law advice to organizations. Currently, Mick is employed at Swissport International as the Vice President of Labour Relations and previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources. Overall, Mick's experience spans across multiple industries and encompasses areas such as employee relations, HR policies and procedures, and TUPE transfers.

Mick Whiteley FCIPD obtained their degree in Human Resources from the Graduate Institute of Personnel Management between 1979 and 1982. Prior to that, they attended Holgate Grammar School in Barnsley.
