Zhanna Rakitina has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zhanna began their career as an Intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation and the Embassy of Russian Federation in Denmark. Zhanna then worked as a Market Research Assistant at AV Consulting International. Zhanna then joined Marks and Spencer as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, where they were responsible for sales development and B2C marketing. After that, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Sales Tools Marketing Specialist, focusing on defining sales tools needs, developing new tools, coordinating with local teams, and managing email marketing. Zhanna later joined the International Air Transport Association (IATA) as a Marketing Analyst, where they managed marketing initiatives, executed marketing materials production, developed email campaigns, and collaborated with product managers. Currently, they are working at Swissquote as an Associate Director Customer Insights, where they are involved in driving global market research projects, optimizing pricing strategy, developing customer insights, and delivering analysis of marketing plan execution.

Zhanna Rakitina has a strong education background in business analytics and management. Zhanna attended the MIT Sloan Executive Education program in 2022, focusing on applied business analytics. In 2019, they completed a similar program at The Wharton School. Zhanna also holds a Master's degree (MPhil) in Management from the Cambridge Judge Business School, obtained between 2007 and 2008. Zhanna began their academic journey at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO, where they completed a Specialist degree (equivalent to a Bachelor's plus 1 year) in International Relations from 2001 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Zhanna obtained Applied Business Analytics certification from Emeritus in 2022 and PRINCE2 Foundation certification in Project Management from ITTA in 2015. Zhanna also completed a certification in Digital Marketing from Soprotec Formations SA in 2014.
