Warren Coles

Warren brings 30 years of broad financial experience in both public and private corporations spanning multiple industries, including remote power, oil, and gas, as well as software development. Warren has a proven ability to manage corporate financial and development functions including financial reporting, North American GAAP reconciliations and consolidations, profit and loss responsibility, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, budgeting and forecasting, and business and financial analysis. Warren holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Calgary.
