Tom Bliss

Tom Bliss is a seasoned personal trainer currently employed at Gymbox Chancery Lane since November 2016, where Tom delivers personalized fitness sessions to a growing client base. As an ambassador for Switch the Play since April 2015, Tom contributes to the organization's mission of educating and developing individuals through sport. Tom has also held coaching roles, notably as head coach for Cobham RFC U13's and U14's, leading the U13's to win the Surrey county championships in 2016. In addition to coaching, Tom has an extensive rugby background, having played professionally for several clubs, including Wasps, Ealing Trailfinders, San Diego Breakers, and USA Rugby, where Tom earned caps in the inaugural Americas Rugby Championship. Tom's educational background includes a degree in Information Management and Business Studies from Loughborough University and prior studies at Epsom College.
